I'm Annie Zhang

I’m a creative designer + marketer based in Melbourne. My path to where I am today started with an initial background in web development, which was where my career started. My interest in art and design and my desire to master design skills gave me the motivation to enter into a new phase of this journey which helped me realise my goal of studying Graphic Design at RMIT. I look forward to continuing on this creative journey and evolving as a designer, problem solver and human who is lucky to move through this world filled with so much beauty.

Design
I am passionate about creating visual solutions that support marketing objectives. I am capable of producing assets based on marketing briefs for both digital and print mediums. I am also proficient in creating the following:
Digital: Web banners, web tiles, EDMs, organic social media posts/reels/stories, paid Meta Ads, paid Pmax Ads, and retail store on-screen advertisements.
Print: Posters, flyers, packaging, and signage.

Marketing Assistant + Digital Designer
Collaborated with the operations manager and retail head to strategize throughout the year, closely monitoring the footy season and product stock flow.

  • Planning and drafting marketing campaign briefs, specifying campaign names, target audience, key messages, marketing channels, timeline, and visual concepts.
  • Executing the marketing plan, coordinating with designer and e-commerce specialist to create and publish assets. Ensured design quality and timely delivery of all assets (Web banners, EDMs, Social Content, Paid Ad Assets).
  • Conducting weekly analyses of all published marketing assets.
